When you pay for an order, your card details are taken by a secure payment gateway or PayPal, depending on your choice of payment method. We do not collect your card details ourselves.

How do we use your information?
When you place an order, we use the information you give us to fulfil your order.

We pass your delivery information to our courier so they can deliver your order to you.

We do not share your information with anyone else.

We keep the information to assist us, and you, when you contact us in the future or wish to order again. If you don’t order from us again, we will delete the information we hold about you after a reasonable period of time.

You can ask us to remove your information from our system at any time.

When will we contact you?
When you place an order, we will contact you with updates relating to your order. Our courier may also email/text you with a delivery slot.

If you have contacted us with an enquiry, we will reply to answer your query but won’t contact you again on any unrelated matter unless you’ve asked us to.

When you order, you can check a box to indicate you would like a reminder the following Christmas. If you check this box, we will send you a maximum of three reminder emails in the run up to the following Christmas.

How do we store your information?
To protect your information, we follow the GDPR guidance and take precautions to ensure it’s protected. We have put in place various physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your information.
